In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to us.
If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the process below to submit a proper DMCA notice.
How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a claim of copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent at:

Your notice must include the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512):
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

- A statement that the information you are providing is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your name, address, email, and phone number.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Failure to include all required information may result in delays in processing your notice.
2. What Brivoxa Will Do After Receiving a Notice
Once a valid DMCA notice is received, Brivoxa will:
- Review the reported content
- Remove or disable access to the content if the claim is valid
- Notify the user, supplier, or party responsible for the content
- Take additional steps if necessary, including removing repeat offenders
If the reported content comes from our supplier (e.g., manufacturer or dropshipping partner), we will contact them immediately for verification and action.
3. Counter-Notification (If You Believe the Removal Was an Error)
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA request and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a Counter-Notification by emailing us at hello@brivoxa.com.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of U.S. Federal Court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Brivoxa maintains a strict repeat infringer policy, consistent with DMCA requirements.
Users, vendors, or suppliers with repeated infringement claims may be suspended or permanently removed from our platform.
5. Misrepresentation
Submitting false copyright claims or fraudulent DMCA notices
is a violation of federal law and may result in damages, including legal fees.
