I accidentally placed the same order twice. Can I cancel one?

Yes! We can cancel duplicate orders if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Email us at hello@brivoxa.com with your order number.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I never received the package.

Here’s what you should check:

  • Ask family members, neighbors, or building staff—someone may have accepted the package.
  • Check your mailbox and any pickup points listed by the courier.
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
  • Verify that the shipping address in your order confirmation is correct.

My tracking number shows as invalid.

This usually means the courier hasn’t scanned the package yet.
Please wait until later in the day or the next business day and try again.

Why isn’t anyone answering the phone?

Our support team sometimes experiences high call volume. If we miss your call, we’ll return it as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does a refund take after returning an item?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your returned item arrives at our warehouse.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has already shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
